Daily Essential Oil Routine

Daily essential oil routine – diffusing cedarwood essential oils before bedtime. My mom used to have severe insomnia but now with the help of this she sleeps well every night. Studies in the State🇸 shows that inhaling the scent of cedarwood for 10 minutes (yes 10 minutes!!!) before bedtime aids in the production of melatonin, which is a substance produced in your brain, responsible for your sleep. My mom’s now able to sleep soundly every night without sleeping aid. How awesome is that? Natural remedies rocks👍
